George Gary Tringle

George Gary Tringle, 54, of Palatka, passed away suddenly due to natural causes at his residence Friday, Oct. 9, 2009.

He was born in St. Augustine and was a lifelong resident of Palatka, except during his high school years when he attended the Sanford Naval Academy in Sanford, graduating in 1973. He was a Baptist, was a member of the Palatka Moose Lodge 184 and was an avid motorcyclist. In his earlier years he had worked as a carpenter in the construction trade and had most recently worked at Plastic Masters Inc. in Palatka for 10 years.

Gary is survived by his parents, Joe and Thelma Tringle of Palatka; a son, Anthony L. Tringle of Palatka; a sister, Debbie Smith and her husband, Gary L. Smith, Jr. of Palatka; a niece, Taylor Marie Smith of Palatka and a nephew, James J. Smith of Palatka.

Funeral services were Monday morning at the Masters Funeral Home of Palatka. Bro. Eddie Parcher officiated. Burial followed in the Palatka Memorial Gardens.
